The hotel's design is beautiful and creates a cute atmosphere. My room had large windows and a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower. I found the pool area to be quite nice. It provided entertainment options and included both shisha and food service.
I noticed the check-in process could benefit from some improvement.

Staff members were smiling and ready to ensure comfort. Their readiness was apparent. Mr Pravin at reception offered professional help, as did his colleagues. Their consistent service.

i found the room spacious. it had a comfortable bed. steven at reception provided excellent service. he recommended good restaurants and parking spots.
the hotel is located far from many attractions. i needed taxis to get everywhere i wanted to visit. this became quite expensive.

the hotel includes three restaurants, and they served good food. breakfast had many options although the menu was a little repetitive. i enjoyed the variety despite this after a few days.

the hotel is about twenty minutes from the palm, the mall of emirates, and dubai hills mall. free parking is available, so it is better to hire a car if you stay here. public transport is not easily accessible.

The staff were friendly. I also enjoyed the evening buffet. It was different every day and consistently tasty. The shuttle bus service was very convenient, and the driver drove very carefully.
The indoor kids area near the pool is not clean. The air conditioning isn't working well. I requested a baby cot. They sent a damaged baby cot that did not have a mattress. It wasn't comfortable.
